Sfax, also called the capital of the South is bordered by the Sea on the east; it represents a fishing and industrial southern city located at about 250 kilometers from Tunis on the Mediterranean sea.

It is the second largest city in Tunisia and looks like a huge spiders’ web, where the beautiful Medina is surrounded by ramparts built in the 9th Century intertwined by polygonal towers.
